I. The information Alpro Foundation may collect

Alpro Foundation collects personal data about you through your use of this Website (i.e. any information that relates to you as an identified or identifiable individual ), such as your name, your age, your e-mail address, as well as your responses to questionnaires, forms or surveys posted on the Website.

Alpro Foundation does not require personal data from a visitor to obtain access to the general public areas of its Website but such data will be required to obtain access to areas with scientific and/or health related content about amongst others (plant based) foods that is meant for professional use or to take advantage of other features on the Alpro Foundation website, such as to register on certain programs on this Website or to receive sampling material for non-commercial purposes only.

Alpro Foundation also collects data that does not identify you directly, but which offers some information about your interests and activities that could be used to make inferences about you and, in some cases, identify you indirectly without any commercial intention but only meant to be informative and to stick on factual and objective data.

This Website is not directed at collecting personal data from minors (i.e. children under 18 years old). In order to protect minors, any visitor of this website willing to participate to certain programs will have to communicate his / her year of birth in order to register for the program. Minors will not be allowed to register for the program.

Please note that it may be that some of the personal information you provide us or that certain questions raised to participate to certain programs on our website be considered as sensitive or health-related personal data under applicable data protection laws. We shall only process such data on the basis of your express and written consent.
