13 June 2022
14th June 2022 – streaming with live commentary and available on demand the following week
Alpro Foundation and the Fuji Foundation for Protein Research in collaboration with MyNutriWeb have organised a special three-part webinar series on The Future of Soya for Health and Sustainability – Sharing Global Learnings. The three pre-recorded webinars will be streamed with live commentary and made available on demand the week after their initial showing.
‘Why consider soya alternatives to dairy and meat: building a healthy sustainable diet’ is the first of the three-part webinar series. Four internationally acclaimed scientists will present an overview of the latest peer-reviewed research papers on why we should be including soya alternatives to dairy and meat in a healthy sustainable diet.
This 95-minute webinar will focus on the latest data on soya consumption, how soya is being successfully promoted in ASEAN countries to improve health outcomes, the role of soya protein for optimum muscle mass and strength and the latest research on how beta-conglycinin – a protein unique to soya – has the potential to improve both lipid profiles as well as glycaemic control.
