Summary

Our food choices and dietary behaviours are having a big impact on our health and that of our planet. However, changing people’s habits is notoriously difficult. So what should the approach be if we are to improve the way we eat, for the sake of both health and sustainability?

Following this webinar, you will have a clearer understanding of the challenges faced in changing our dietary behaviour, the latest policies and how we are delivering against current targets. You will gain an awareness of the mechanisms and challenges of using nudge tactics as a way to change dietary behaviour via altering the food environment.
