Plant Nutrients and Cardiovascular Health - an educational symposium designed specifically for nutrition, dietetic and food science students.

Thanks to a collaboration between the Alpro Foundation and the University of Nottingham, students from Nottingham, Leeds and Sheffield were invited to attend a unique learning event at the University of Nottingham's Sutton Bonington Campus on November 11th, 2009.
